We offer an end to end solution to organisational planning by supporting charities and public sector agencies to review their current position and plan for their next strategic period. Our full strategic planning process includes:

Strategic review and evaluation: Supporting you in a reflecting exercise we will undertake a mapping exercise to understand your ‘as is’ picture. This includes internal scanning through reviewing your documents and data as well as engagement with staff and service users. As well as reflecting internally we also turn the lens externally to consider the environment in which you operate through an evidence based literature scan and consultation with key partners.

Strategic development: Following our review of your current position we will focus on looking forward. We utilise a Theory of Change approach to map the outcomes you seek to achieve and shape your strategic priorities in line with this.

Operational planning: Alongside the strategic development we will support your senior leadership team and/or service managers through the change management process including through operationalising your next strategic plan. This will be bespoke to your organisational or service needs but may include drafting operational plans, ongoing staff consultation, organisational structure redesign or evaluation and monitoring framework development.
